Pink Cranberry Freeze Salad

Ingredients

• 2 small pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 can whole cranberry sauce
• 1 c crushed pineapple drained
• 12 c pecans chopped
• 12 c whipping cream whipped

Directions

1. In small bowl combine cream cheese and sugar together stir in mayonnaise
2. Fold in cranberries pineapple and pecans
3. Fold in whipped cream
4. Freeze in loaf pan
5. When ready to serve let sit 15 minutes
6. Cut into slices or scoop out into fancy dishes Makes 6 to 8 servings
