Pink Glory Rice Salad

Ingredients
- 1 c Minute rice cooked in 1 qt water drain and cool
- 2 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-O
- 1 12 c hot water
- 12 c sugar
- 1 No 303 can crushed pineapple drained
- 12 c pineapple juice
- 1 carton Cool Whip
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in 1 12 cups hot water stirring until dissolved
- Add sugar and juice
- Let set until slightly jelled Add remaining ingredients and fold in Cool Whip
- Refrigerate until firm
