Pinto Bean Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 34 c cooked mashed pintos
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine sour cream eggs sugar cinnamon vanilla and salt Beat 2 minutes
- Stir in beans and nuts then blend mixture
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
