Pinto Bean Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sour cream
• 3 eggs beaten
• 1 14 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 unbaked pie shell
• 34 c cooked mashed pintos
• 12 c chopped pecans
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Combine sour cream eggs sugar cinnamon vanilla and salt Beat 2 minutes
2. Stir in beans and nuts then blend mixture
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
