Pinto Bean Pies

Ingredients
- 1 c mashed pinto beans
- 1 c bean soup pot liquor
- 1 c pecan pieces
- 1 12 c coconut
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 sticks melted oleo
- 3 uncooked pie shells
Directions
- Mix beans and soup
- Add sugar and beat
- Add eggs and beat Add oleo beat
- Add vanilla nuts and coconut mix well
- Pour into pie shells
- Bake 1 hour at 300
- Makes 3 pies
