Pinto Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1-14 cups canned pinto beans drained
- 34 cup finely diced celery
- 13 cup 1 low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh chopped tomato
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 Tbsp chopped onion
Directions
- Drain pinto beans Lightly toss all ingredients together Serve on lettuce leaf
