Pinylata Or Sausage Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 box hot roll mix
- 2 c flour
- 2 c warm water
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 2 lb Bob Evans sausage
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix flour with hot roll mix flour
- Use yeast from mix plus extra yeast dissolved in the warm water
- Mix yeast water into flour and mix until dough comes away from side of bowl
- Add maybe 12 cup flour more and knead 1 minute
- Cover and let rise 12 hour
- Roll 13 of dough to size of 10-inch pie shell
- Spread 13 of cooked and drained sausage on top with some Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese garlic powder and bread crumbs sprinkled on
- Roll up like jelly roll
- Cut into 3-inch pieces or smaller
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 minutes
- Do 3 times
