Pinylata Or Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 box hot roll mix
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c warm water
  • 1 pkg active dry yeast
  • 2 lb Bob Evans sausage
  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix flour with hot roll mix flour
  2. Use yeast from mix plus extra yeast dissolved in the warm water
  3. Mix yeast water into flour and mix until dough comes away from side of bowl
  4. Add maybe 12 cup flour more and knead 1 minute
  5. Cover and let rise 12 hour
  6. Roll 13 of dough to size of 10-inch pie shell
  7. Spread 13 of cooked and drained sausage on top with some Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese garlic powder and bread crumbs sprinkled on
  8. Roll up like jelly roll
  9. Cut into 3-inch pieces or smaller
  10. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 minutes
  11. Do 3 times
