Pioneer Potato Candy
Ingredients
- 14 c hot mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp melted margarine
- 1 34 c powdered sugar
- 1 12 c flaked coconut
- dash of salt
- 14 tsp grated lemon or orange rind
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine potatoes and margarine
- Gradually add sugar
- Beat thoroughly
- Add remainings
- Mix well
- Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper
- Let set until firm
