Pista Kulfi

Ingredients

  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can 14 oz condensed milk
  • 12 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 14 cup coarsely ground pistachios
  • Few drops green food color
  • 2-3 drops ice-cream essence
  • 1 container 14-16 oz whipped topping

Directions

  1. In a large capacity food processor or blender combine all the ingredients except whipped topping
  2. Blend thoroughly 1-2 minutes Remove blades and pour into a large bowl
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping
