Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 12 c milk
• 12 c water
• 12 c Crisco oil
• 5 eggs
• 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding mix

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl for 1 minute at low speed then beat at high speed for 3 minutes
2. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
3. Bake in 350 oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until done
4. Cool in pan about 20 minutes
