Pistachio Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 small pistachio pudding instant
- 12 c oil
- 14 c water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix cake mix and pudding together dry
- Pour oil water eggs and sour cream
- Beat set aside
- Mix in small bowl sugar and cinnamon
- Grease 2 large loaf pans
- Layer cake mixture then sugarcinnamon mixture making 3 layers cinnamonsugar last Bake 1 hour at 350
