Pistachio Marble Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c water
- 12 c oil
- 14 tsp almond extract
- 14 c chocolate syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate syrup in large mixer bowl
- Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes
- Pour 13 of batter in a separate bowl and stir in chocolate syrup
- Spoon batters alternately into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
- Zig zag spatula through batter to marble
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched
- Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
