Pistachio Marble Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c water
  • 12 c oil
  • 14 tsp almond extract
  • 14 c chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate syrup in large mixer bowl
  2. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes
  3. Pour 13 of batter in a separate bowl and stir in chocolate syrup
  4. Spoon batters alternately into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
  5. Zig zag spatula through batter to marble
  6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched
  7. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan
