Pistachio Microwave Cake
Ingredients
- 1 14 c water
- 3 egg whites
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 regular box white cake mix
- 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
Directions
- Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch or tube microwavable cake pan with solid shortening and line with waxed paper
- Blend water egg whites and oil
- Stir in cake mix and pudding until well blended
- Microwave on turntable 9 minutes
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Remove from microwave and cool until warm to touch
- Turn out on cake plate and remove waxed paper
- Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired
