Pizza Batter Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 12 tsp dried oregano
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 c finely chopped pepperoni
Directions
- In a mixer bowl combine 1 12 cups of flour yeast oregano and garlic powder
- In a saucepan heat water oleo sugar and salt just until warm stirring to melt oleo
- Add to dry ingredients in bowl
- Beat 3 minutes at high speed
- By hand stir in pepperoni and enough remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough
- Cover let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk 45 to 60 minutes
- Stir dough down
- Spread evenly in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan
- Let rise 30 more minutes
- Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Makes 2 loaves
