Pizza Cookie

Ingredients

• 12 c butter softened
• 34 c firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 14 c all-purpose flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 c miniature marshmallows
• 34 c chocolate coated raisins
• 34 c chocolate covered peanuts

5. electric mixer at medium speed cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
6. Beat in egg
7. Stir in flour and baking soda

11. Spread dough into prepared pan
12. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned
