Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 12 c warm water
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Stir in flour salt and oil
- Knead until a smooth ball
- Let rise in a greased covered bowl about 10 minutes
- Pat in a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet
- Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes
- I double this recipe for an easier to handle thicker crust
