Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 c warm water
Directions
- Sift flour and salt
- Add yeast to warm water and dissolve Mix in the flour and salt
- Knead for about 5 minutes adding more flour only if necessary
- Cover and let rise for 12 hour
- Roll or pull by hand
- Place on greased pizza pan
- Makes 2 to 3 crusts
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
