Pizza Cups

Ingredients
- 34 lb ground beef
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz can biscuits
- 34 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Brown and drain beef
- Stir in tomato paste onion and seasoning
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan pressing to cover bottom and sides
- Spoon 14 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake at 400 for 12 minutes
