Pizza Cups
Ingredients
- 34 lb ground beef
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste I use 2 cans
- 1 Tbsp minced onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 10 count can biscuits I use Hungry Jack
- 12 to 34 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Brown
- and
- drain beef stir in tomato paste onion and seasoning
- Mixture
- will
- be thick
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
- stirring
- frequently
- Place
- biscuits
- in
- greased muffin
- tins
- press to cover bottom and sides
- Spoon 14 cup of mixture
- into
- each cup and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown
- This will make 12 I buy 2 cans
- of biscuits
