Pizza Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork or veal cutlets
- 1 egg beaten
- cooking oil
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- oregano
- garlic salt
- grated cheese
Directions
- Dip cutlets in egg then crumbs and fry in oil
- Pour oil off and place cutlets back in layers
- Pour over tomato sauce and 12 can of water
- Cover between layers
- Salt to taste and sprinkle with oregano garlic salt and cheese
- Add mushrooms if desired Simmer for 20 minutes
