Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 c warm water 110
- 1 12 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c flour
Directions
- Soften yeast in warm water beat in 1 12 cups flour and mix in oil and salt
- Stir in 2 cups flour knead until smooth and elastic about 12 minutes until forms smooth ball
- Put in slightly greased bowl cover and let rise in warm place until double in size 1 to 2 hours
- Punch down cover and chill
- Cut dough in 12 roll to 18-inch thick
- Makes 2 large size pizzas Brush pan with oil and also dough circle
- Put tomato sauce and whatever
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425
