Pizza Dough And Breadsticks

Ingredients
- 4 c flour all-purpose or bread
- 1 cake 1 Tbsp yeast in 1 14 c 85 water
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Combine yeast water salt and sugar
- Add to flour and combine thoroughly
- Knead 8 to 10 minutes
- Cover and let rise 1 to 2 hours covered with damp cloth
- Punch dough down divide in two equal parts
- Grease two 15 x 9 x 1-inch pans with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle cornmeal on pan
- Pat out dough in pan or roll out and place in pan
