Pizza Hors DOeuvres

Ingredients

• 1 lb Owens hot sausage
• 1 small bell pepper chopped
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 12 chopped onion
• 1 to 2 ribs chopped celery
• wheat bread

Directions

1. Crumble sausage and brown with onion bell pepper and celery Add cheese
2. Spread on small slices of wheat bread
3. Bake until bubbly
