Pizza Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 34 c pizza sauce
• 2 Tbsp minced onion
• 1 tsp garlic sauce
• 18 tsp pepper
• 12 lb Mozzarella cheese not grated
• 1 12 to 15 12 oz jar pizza sauce

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients together well Shape into balls placing 1 cube of Mozzarella cheese in the center of each
2. Coat meatballs with flour
3. Brown in frying pan Spoon off grease
4. Add pizza sauce
5. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes
6. Serve over rice
