Pizza Salad

Ingredients
- 12 lb ring macaroni
- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 c croutons
- 14 c vinegar
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 purple onion
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 12 c oil
Directions
- Dice tomatoes and onion cube cheese
- Mix tomatoes onion and cheese with cooled cooked macaroni
- Add all other ingredients except Parmesan cheese and croutons
- Refrigerate 2 or more hours When ready to serve add croutons and Parmesan cheese
