Pizzacato Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 lb sweet Italian sausage
• 1 lb shell macaroni
• 2 10 12 oz cans tomato puree
• 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
• 14 c water
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 12 tsp oregano
• 1 8 oz jar mushroom pieces optional
• 1 lb grated Mozzarella

Directions

1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions
2. Drain and set aside
3. Take sausage out of casing and crumble
4. Brown and drain off grease
5. Stir in tomato puree sauce water mushrooms and seasonings
6. Simmer 15 minutes
7. Add cooked macaroni and stir well
8. Put 13 of meat and macaroni mixture into a greased 3-quart casserole
9. Sprinkle with 13 Mozzarella cheese
10. Repeat with remaining 23
11. Bake 15 minutes at 350
12. Serves 8 to 10
