PizzaMakes Two Dough Crusts
Ingredients
- 1 12 c plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1 c warm water
- tomato sauce 8 oz per pizza
- 18 tsp garlic
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- pepperoni
- hamburger
- mushrooms
- sausage
- onions
- chopped ham
- peppers
- olives
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Mix yeast
- and
- water
- together
- Pour
- into
- flour and salt Add 2
- more
- cups flour
- Grease bowl and let sit 1 12 to 2 hours until dough doubles in size punch down and refrigerate for
- 2 hours
- Mix tomato sauce garlic oregano basil sugar and salt and
- let simmer for 5 minutes
- Roll out dough and top with favorite
- toppings
- Bake

- 425 for 25 to 30 minutes
