Plains Georgia Cheese Ring

Ingredients

• 1 lb sharp cheese grated
• 1 small onion grated
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c pecans chopped
• strawberry preserves

Directions

1. Mix cheese onion pecans and mayonnaise together
2. Mold mixture with a spoon or hands into a ring
3. Fill the center with strawberry preserves Serve with Ritz crackers
4. Refrigerate
