Ingredients

• 1 lb grated cheese
• 1 small onion grated
• 1 c chopped nuts
• black pepper
• dash of cayenne

Directions

1. Mix mold with hands into desired shape
2. Place in refrigerator until chilled
3. When ready to serve fill center with strawberry preserves
4. Good also as cheese spread without preserves
