Plantation Coconut Pies

Ingredients

• 1 grated fresh coconut
• 6 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• small lump butter optional
• pastry

Directions

1. Beat eggs well with sugar
2. Add coconut
3. Pour into uncooked pie shells and bake at 350 until done
4. This makes 2 pies
