Plantation Poppy Seed Cake
Ingredients
- 1 185 oz box regular yellow cake mix
- 1 3 34 oz box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 12 c commercial sour cream
- 12 c cream sherry
- 12 c salad oil
- 14 c poppy seed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients stirring until just blended
- Beat at medium speed of electric mixer exactly 2 minutes
- Pour batter into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until cake is done
- Serve warm or cool
- If desired serve with fruit preserves applesauce or ice cream
