Play Dough

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 12 c salt
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 c water
• 1 Tbsp cooking oil
• any color food coloring

Directions

1. Combine flour salt and cream of tartar in a heavy saucepan Stir in water and oil
2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for about 3 minutes or until mixture thickens and turns loose from sides of pan
3. Remove from heat and add desired food coloring
4. Let cool and dough will remain soft and pliable in an airtight container
