Plum Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 2 jars baby food plum small
- 2 c chopped nuts pecans
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl except nuts
- Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes
- Add pecans
- Pour in a greased tube pan
- Bake for 60 minutes at 300
- Serve plain or with glaze
