Plum CakeThis Is A Surprise

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp red food coloring
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 34 c oil
• 2 small jars plum baby food
• 3 eggs
• 12 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp chopped pecans

Directions

1. Mix sugar oil eggs plums food coloring and vanilla
2. Add flour soda salt cinnamon cloves and pecans
3. Mix well and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan
4. Bake 1 hour at 350
5. Glaze cake while still warm
6. after removing from pan
