Plum Wine Mandarin Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp plum wine
- 6 Tbsp mandarin syrup reserved from drained can of mandarins
- 6 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 12 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- Heat wine mandarin syrup and corn syrup to a rolling boil Add the lemon juice
- Spread over cake or use as glaze for pork ham or chicken
