Plum Wine Mandarin Glaze

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp plum wine
• 6 Tbsp mandarin syrup reserved from drained can of mandarins
• 6 Tbsp light corn syrup
• 12 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Heat wine mandarin syrup and corn syrup to a rolling boil Add the lemon juice
2. Spread over cake or use as glaze for pork ham or chicken
