Poached Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 5 oz fresh or frozen salmon steaks
- 5 c water
- 13 c lemon juice
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Thaw salmon if frozen
- In large skillet combine water lemon juice and pepper
- Bring to a boil
- Add salmon
- Simmer covered for 7 to 10 minutes until fish flakes easily
- Remove salmon from liquid and serve
- Serves 4
