Polenta

Ingredients
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 c. cold water
- 3 c. hot water
- little salt
- grated cheese
- tomato sauce
Directions
- In pan mix corn meal with 1 cup cold water.
- Add 3 cups hot water and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 to 8 minutes,
- bringing
- heat
- down to low.
- Place in two dishes, cover with gravy and sprinkle with grated cheese.
