Polish Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c finely crushed zwieback crumbs dry toast if you get the toast with cinnamon omit the 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c melted butter
• 4 eggs
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 12 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 12 tsp lemon rind
• 1 c whipping cream
• 1 12 lb Ricotta cheese
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 14 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Mix crumbs with 12 cup sugar cinnamon and melted butter Reserve 34 cup of mixture for topping
2. Press remainder into a 9-inch spring-form pan or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan lining bottom and sides
