Polish Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 2 12 c finely crushed zwieback crumbs dry toast if you get the toast with cinnamon omit the 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 12 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 12 tsp lemon rind
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 12 lb Ricotta cheese
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 14 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix crumbs with 12 cup sugar cinnamon and melted butter Reserve 34 cup of mixture for topping
- Press remainder into a 9-inch spring-form pan or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan lining bottom and sides
