Polish Chop Suey Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix by hand until creamy
- Put into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake in a 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes
