Polish Kielbasa

Ingredients

• 2 pkg kielbasa Hillshire Farms or from Polish market etc

Directions

1. Boil kielbasa approximately 45 minutes
2. Remove and let cool Slice into approximately 14 inch slices
3. Arrange on plate and refrigerate 2 hours
4. Serve right off plate
5. Great with ketchup mustard or your choice of topping
6. Also great for sandwiches on Polish bread
