Polish Sausage And Noodles

Ingredients

• 14 c butter or oil
• 12 lb Polish sausage
• 12 c chopped onion
• 4 c thin sliced cabbage
• 1 tsp caraway seed
• 12 tsp salt and pepper
• 1 8 oz pkg egg noodles
• 12 c sour cream

Directions

1. Cook noodles per directions and set aside
2. Melt butter and saute onion and sausage 8 to 10 minutes
3. Add cabbage and saute 5 minutes Stir in caraway seed salt and pepper
4. Stir in noodles and sour cream
5. Heat through 5 to 10 minutes
