Polish Soup

Ingredients
- 1 medium beef roast
- 1 small head cabbage
- 6 to 8 medium size carrots
- 2 whole onions
- 2 to 3 potatoes
- 1 whole chicken cooked and deboned
- broth
- noodles
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Cook roast cabbage carrots and onions together for about 2 hours add potatoes and cook on low heat another hour
- Add chicken and broth cook low for 1 more hour
- Serve over noodles Sprinkle with parsley flakes
