Polka Dot Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 12 c pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp Minute tapioca
- 12 c sugar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 14 c crushed pineapple
- 12 c pecans
Directions
- Combine water fruit juice Minute tapioca sugar and salt in saucepan and mix well
- Bring mixture quickly to a boil over direct heat
- Stir all the time and remove from heat after boiling
- Do not overcook
- Will be thin
- Put in pineapple and nuts
- Stir occasionally until cool
