PollyS Pan Apples

Ingredients

• 4 to 6 Golden Delicious apples
• 13 c margarine
• 34 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 12 c water
• bit of cinnamon optional

Directions

1. Cut apples in half do not peel
2. Cut out core and seeds
3. Lay in large frying pan with margarine with cut side up
4. Mix sugar cornstarch water and cinnamon
5. Pour over apples
6. Put lid on and cook until tender
