PollyS Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 4 eggs add one at a time
• 2 c mashed ripe banana
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 12 c plain flour
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 c nuts chopped

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl mixing well after each ingredient is added
2. In another bowl sift together salt soda baking powder and flour
3. Add alternately with sour cream to first 6 ingredients
4. Fold in nuts
5. Bake in two large loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour
