PollyS Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 eggs add one at a time
- 2 c mashed ripe banana
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 12 c plain flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c nuts chopped
Directions
- Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl mixing well after each ingredient is added
- In another bowl sift together salt soda baking powder and flour
- Add alternately with sour cream to first 6 ingredients
- Fold in nuts
- Bake in two large loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour
