Pool Room Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 gal shredded cabbage
- 2 large bell peppers chopped
- 3 large onions chopped
- 3 carrots grated
- 1 c vinegar
- 1 12 pt prepared mustard
- 3 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp plain salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Mix together and bring to boil on low heat
- Simmer for 20 minutes and pack in hot jars
- Seal
- Makes 8 pints
