Poor ManS Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c dark corn syrup
• 1 c uncooked oatmeal
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c oleo
• 3 eggs

Directions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and heat until dissolved Add rest of ingredients and mix together
2. Pour into unbaked pie shell
3. Bake for 1 hour at 350
