Poor ManS Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lb short ribs
- 2 lb beef stew meat
- 6 white potatoes
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- any leftovers in refrigerator such as peas beans cabbage etc
Directions
- Cook short ribs and stew meat together until done
- Add onion celery and seasoning
- Cook until done
- Add all precooked leftover veggies
- Heat thoroughly
- Serve with cornbread
