Popcorn BallsBertaS Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 c white syrup
- 2 c brown sugar
- 12 c butter
- 18 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a 4-quart pot
- Boil for 5 minutes Remove from heat and add baking soda
- Pour over dishpan full of popped corn
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
