Popcorn Jelly Bean Cake
Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 lb marshmallows
- 5 to 6 qt popped corn
- 1 lb jelly beans
- 1 c chopped nuts
- butter
Directions
- Have a large 10-inch tube pan ready
- Place margarine in large heavy pot over low heat until melted
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted
- Add popcorn nuts and jelly beans stir until thoroughly coated
- Using a large spoon pack the mixture into greased pan and smooth out
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour Unfold onto plate
- Use butter on hands to help smooth
