Popcorn Jelly Bean Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 lb marshmallows
  • 5 to 6 qt popped corn
  • 1 lb jelly beans
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • butter

Directions

  1. Have a large 10-inch tube pan ready
  2. Place margarine in large heavy pot over low heat until melted
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until melted
  4. Add popcorn nuts and jelly beans stir until thoroughly coated
  5. Using a large spoon pack the mixture into greased pan and smooth out
  6. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour Unfold onto plate
  7. Use butter on hands to help smooth
