Popovers
Ingredients
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 c sifted flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Grease 6 Pyrex muffin cups place them on a cookie sheet and preheat them for 10 to 15 minutes in 425 oven
- Combine all ingredients
- Pour the batter in the heated cups
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
- Do not open oven during baking as it causes shrinkage
