Poppy Seed Bread Or Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 fat-free white cake mix
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 12 c corn syrup
- 8 egg whites
- 12 c orange juice
- 14 c poppy seed
- 12 tsp almond extract optional
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together in large mixing bowl for 2 minutes
- Pour into 2 greased 9-inch loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Makes 15 slices per loaf
- Also can use for muffins
- Contains less than 1 gram of fat per 12-inch slice
