Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 box Ritz crackers crumbled
- 2 Tbsp poppy seed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 chicken boned or 4 chicken breasts boneless or boned
Directions
- Boil chicken until tender Mix chicken cut in chunks soup and sour cream
- Set aside
- Melt margarine and combine with crumbled Ritz crackers and poppy seed
- Put layer of Ritz crackers on bottom of casserole
- Put chicken mixture next and then add remainder of cracker mixture on top
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour
